Short version: we keep an email list so we can tell you about upcoming editions. That's it. No tracking, no cookies, no selling your details to anyone.

Founders' Lagoon runs this site and the mailing list. If you have any question about your data, email hi@founderslagoon.com and a real person will answer.
The trips themselves are operated by a separate licensed travel organizer (De Brede Planker). Their booking and travel data is handled under their own terms — see Practical & terms.
Only what you type into the sign-up form: your name and email, and optionally your role, country, and a short note about what you'd like to get out of Founders' Lagoon.
We use it for one thing: to keep you posted about upcoming editions and the occasional note from the group. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box when you join.
The list is managed in MailerLite, our email provider, who store and process it on our behalf under their own security and data terms. We don't copy it anywhere else, and we don't sell or share it with anyone for their own use.
None. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party trackers. Even the fonts are served from our own domain. That's why there's no cookie banner — there's nothing to consent to.
Until you ask us to stop. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can write to us any time to be removed entirely. When you unsubscribe or ask for deletion, we take you off the list.
Under GDPR you can ask us to show you the data we hold on you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your consent — no reason needed. Just email hi@founderslagoon.com.
If you're in the EU and think we've handled your data badly, you can also complain to your local data protection authority. In Denmark that's Datatilsynet.
